Members of the Hospitality Ministry assist in the organization, preparation and serving of refreshments on a weekly basis after Sunday liturgies. This ministry also promotes community by welcoming guests and visiting with fellow parishioners. No experience is necessary and warm smiles are welcomeIf you enjoy people, consider volunteering to be a part of the Hospitality Ministry.

Sunday Donut Pick-Up
Volunteers go to Price Chopper on Sunday mornings at 7:00am and proceed to the bakery department to pick up the prepaid donuts and bring them to Church for hospitality. There is a rotating schedule so you may only need to do this twice over a 3 month period.

Coffee, Community, & Conversation (On Hiatus)
Where 2 or more are gathered, you can be sure there will be Coffee, Conversation & Community sharing food! On the 1st Wed. of every month, following the 9:00 a.m. Mass, a gathering takes place in our social hall, where we share free breakfast snacks, coffee, tea & conversation with people we know & people we are about to meet. Please join us for a relaxing time of sharing with friends, laughter, & sometimes birthday singing. This is a good opportunity to find out more about the activities of St. Edward's, or just enjoy each other's company. It will be much appreciated if you bring a breakfast snack to share. Volunteers for setup and clean up are always welcome.

Community Meal (On Hiatus)
The Community Meal is a luncheon served on the last Wednesday of each month with the exception in the months of November, December, July and August. We invite the Community at large to join us to socialize and have a meal as a way to get to know one another a little better. Lunch is served promptly at 12 Noon and we share fellowship until 2PM.
We welcome all that would like to share in pleasant conversations, meet new people, and share a laugh or two while enjoying a nice meal. You are welcome to bring a friend or a neighbor.
If you plan to join us, we ask you to please call the church at 518-371-7372 Ext. 227 no later than noon the Monday before the meal date so that we are able to have an idea of the number of people that we will need to serve. Leave your name, the number of people that are attending and a phone number where you can be reached (just in case the meal is canceled for some unforeseen reason).
